Fear
There are two types of fear which people can encounter at any moment, any day of the week. Obviously these are, reasonable fears and unreasonable fears.
While reasonable fear serves our innate survival needs, the
effects of unreasonable fears can range from mild annoyance to
absolute incapacitation.
Types of fear which we classify as unreasonable fear are the
kinds of fear which defy explanation. For example, fear of
painted teacups or fears of bathwater or even fear of
timepieces. The underlying theme of these, and thousands
of other unreasonable fears is simply this; one just can't offer
a reasonable explanation as to "why - why I am afraid of _____".
What is most important when dealing with your unreasonable fear is understanding that it does, in fact, have a cause; and, the behavior it produces in you serves some purpose. Without discovering these two things, needless fear cannot be successfully treated.
We are experts at quickly determining the cause of peoples fears and the purpose these fears serve. The result is a very fast recovery from a condition which you may have been suffering for many years.
Give us a call today. During your very first session you will 'know' that you can be helped.
